well so far.. i've done pretty good.. i'm keeping track of my calorie intake and exercise on shape.com's virtual trainer. and i have a health expert friend of mine egging me on.
it's been about a week now.. and i've only really "missed" one day.
it's just hard for me to keep going.. i get frustrated when i dont start seeing results.
this is me to start....
i actually do have some nice abs.. under this "Stuff"
